- Install the Windows application on the till.
- Connect to https://supermarket.keensystems.online using the API key from your own authorised ePOS settings.
- Sign in as a permitted staff member and choose the assigned branch.
- Complete the first sync, select an invoice design and test a receipt on your printer.
- Keep the app connected regularly to refresh records and subscription entitlement.
Keep API keys private. Public support chat does not need your key. Contact the team if a branch or permission looks incorrect.
