What does the starting package include?
Starter costs LKR 1,000 per month and includes 500 items, one sales point, unlimited users and invoices, and 100 included AI credits each calendar month. Hardware and internet service are separate.
Can I bill when the internet goes down?
The Windows Electron ePOS app supports local billing after pairing, initial synchronisation and a valid cached entitlement. Cloud sync resumes when connected. Set up and test the till before relying on offline operation.
Can I print Sinhala, English and Tamil invoices?
Yes. The six standard designs cover Sinhala, English and Tamil in 80mm and A4. Your business and branch settings supply invoice details. A4 can use your logo as a centre watermark.
Do I need another Keen AI subscription?
No. Each ERP package includes its own monthly credit allowance. One successful answer uses one credit. Staff and branches of the same business share the allowance, which resets in Asia/Colombo each calendar month.
