1. The service and your account
Keen Supermarket ERP is operated by KEEN SYSTEMS PVT LTD, PV00316443, Isurupura, Kaduwela, Sri Lanka. Register only if you are authorised to create and manage the named business. Provide accurate contact details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for staff permissions and activity performed through your account.
2. Packages and recurring payment
Our pricing page states monthly LKR package capacities. A registered account does not by itself create a paid entitlement. Hosted Dodo Payments checkout presents the payment terms and total before you pay. Paid access is activated after verification. Manage an existing recurring account in Billing before starting another subscription. Cancellation and access dates are shown there. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests; a request is reviewed against the purchase and applicable payment-provider terms.
3. Business records and acceptable use
Your business remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of its product, customer, supplier and financial records, taxes and invoice content. Use the service for legitimate business operations. Do not attempt to access another business, share unauthorised credentials, introduce malicious files or disrupt the platform. Keep appropriate exports and check records before making operational decisions.
4. Offline tills and included AI
Offline operation requires a configured app, initial sync and valid cached entitlement. Unsynced bills are not visible in cloud reports. Included AI uses package credit limits and ERP permissions; review answers, date ranges and underlying records. One successful answer uses one credit. Allowances reset each calendar month in Asia/Colombo. AI content does not replace professional accounting, legal or other specialist advice.
5. Support and service changes
Contact us using the support tools or info@keensystems.online. Hardware, internet, training or migration work is included only when separately agreed. We may maintain or update the platform and may restrict misuse or unpaid access. No promise of uninterrupted service or a particular business result is made. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated through the service or contact details you provide.
6. Acceptance and contact
